2. Were there times where you felt inadequate or unprepared for kingdom work, and how did God get you through these times? Are you going through this season of life now?

3. If you have served before in your previous churches, did you make mistakes and if so, how did the Spirit lead you to make the adjustments to the path God wanted you to take?

4. P. Thomas mentioned on numerous occasions that we must build our spiritual muscles, and that entails practicing our faith over and over again. How does this mesh with a sovereign God who is in control of everything, including my life?
