The Business of Idolatry

The sin you can’t live without is your idol.

The enemy often uses mob mentality to engage in spiritual warfare.

We may win or lose battles in this world, but if we persevere, God always

protects his mission and his kingdom.

Gaius, Aristarchus, and Alexander stood their ground, firm in their

faith and persevering, prepared to die, yes, to die, and when they did,

God’s kingdom prevailed and the mob mentality was extinguished with

not so much as a whimper because the enemy is weak and God is

powerful!

we must be aware of two uncomfortable facts—we are the rioters and we are the disciples facing the

mob.

What are you protecting, that one thing that you will never give up in your

faith journey that is too precious to give up, whether is time, or money, or

your heart—that thing that is preventing you from coming before God in

prayer and fellowship, that is your idol, that is your Artemis!
